The more I analyze the idea that I’ve had too much therapy, the more the theory makes sense.
BECAUSE I CAN’T STOP OVERANALYZING EVERYTHING!
This week I’m talking about how I can’t properly cry anymore, because I’ve caught myself in a looped behaviour that analyzes WHY I feel like I want to cry, or feel angry, or anything, so that I can never just BE the thing and enjoy my emotions, good or bad or whatever.
I ALSO share with you, a fun experiment I’m doing to stop this endless analytical cycle, I’m writing a song every day, and I’m not writing the lyrics down, AND whatever I start singing about, I have to continue with, even if I’m like “this is a stupid idea”. Because that’s the stupid overanalysis that is stopping me from being creative.
